Pedro Hardy is a Milwaukee-born entrepreneur, devoted father of two daughters, and a seasoned real estate professional since 2017. As Co-Owner of Humbled Hands Lending LLC, Pedro brings nearly a decade of hands-on real estate experience directly into the private lending space.
Unlike traditional lenders, Pedro understands deals from every angle — acquisition, renovation, ARV analysis, resale, and refinance strategy. As an active broker and investor, he knows what makes a deal work and what can cause it to fail. This real-world insight allows him to structure funding solutions that are practical, fast, and built around investor success.
Pedro is passionate about helping real estate investors and business owners build wealth through smart, strategic capital. His approach is simple: transparent terms, clear communication, and reliable execution.
When he’s not funding deals or analyzing investment opportunities, Pedro enjoys staying active through basketball and football, exploring Milwaukee’s food scene, and spending quality time with his daughters.

Jennifer Mulé is a capital advisor and real estate financing specialist with a focus on private money, hard money, and strategic funding solutions for real estate investors and complex transactions.
With over a decade of experience across real estate, lending, and business development, Jennifer brings a unique ability to structure and execute deals that fall outside of traditional lending parameters. Her expertise spans bridge financing, fix-and-flip, construction, DSCR, and cross-collateralized transactions, working closely with investors, developers, and referral partners to navigate complex capital scenarios.
Jennifer is known for her hands-on, solutions-driven approach, combining deep industry knowledge with a strong understanding of lender requirements and deal structuring. She has built and maintains a strong network of private and institutional lending relationships, allowing her to deliver tailored financing strategies aligned with each client’s investment goals.

Rick is more than a real estate agent — he is a business owner and active investor. From operating successful barbershops to owning commercial and residential rental properties, he understands cash flow, asset management, and long-term wealth building firsthand.
